PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat dissipation performance of a sidewall of a cylinder head at an exhaust side, related to a cylinder head structure of a multi-cylinder engine. ! SOLUTION: A cylinder head structure comprises: an exhaust aggregation part in which a plurality of exhaust ports connected to a plurality of cylinders are aggregated; a cylinder head outlet port 24 arranged at the aggregation part; a flange part 26 which is formed around the cylinder head outlet port 24, and has a fastening face 26a fastened to an exhaust pipe; a thinning part 26c which is formed by thinning a thickness of the flange part 26 more than the other part in regions located at both sides of the cylinder head outlet port 24 in a row-alignment direction of the plurality of the cylinders; and a rib 27 which is formed while being swollen on an exhaust-side sidewall 20 of the cylinder head 1, and extended toward the row-alignment direction from the thinning part 26c. !
