PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat slab structure capable of ensuring sufficient earthquake resistance without installing an earthquake-resisting wall, at the same time curtailing construction period and suppressing construction costs. ! SOLUTION: A flat slab structure includes: a plurality of reinforced concrete columns 11 that constitute a building; capitals 12 and 13 installed at a top of each of the columns 11; a plurality of reinforced concrete floor slabs supported and fixed by the capitals 12 and 13 on each of the columns 11; and steel braces 14 installed between adjacent floors of the building. The steel brace 14 is installed diagonally to a rectangular frame formed by an axis of each of the columns 11 and a side of the floor slab 10, and its end is connected to the capital 12. !
