a server; and a plurality of mobile devices communicatively coupled to the server over a network, wherein the server is configured to:
generate a first user profile for a first device based on attributes of the first device,generate a second user profile for a second device based on attributes of the second device,determine a conceptual distance between the first and second devices based at least in part on the first and second user profiles when the first and second devices are within a first geographical zone; andprovide a service to the first and second devices when the conceptual distance is within a predetermined threshold. |
