A mechatronic driver, wherein a coolant channel for cooling a motor unit and an inverter unit is provided within the wall of a frame unit. A power module is in intimate contact with the inner wall surface of the frame unit. A bracket, which is provided separately from the frame unit, is fitted into the frame unit. The space in the frame unit is divided by the bracket into a space for accommodating the motor unit and a space for accommodating the inverter unit.
