The present invention provides a pharmaceutical combined preparation capable of remarkably improving the convenience of drug administration to a patient since two types of drugs (HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and cholesterol absorption inhibitor) are simultaneously contained and the dissolution pattern of the two types of drugs is the same as that of a single preparation of each drug when the combined preparation is dissolved.
