The second differential mechanism includes a first rotating element connected to an output element of the first differential mechanism, a second rotating element connected to a first rotator, and a third rotating element connected to a second rotator and the drive wheel. When running on the engine as the power source (S10-No), the valve regulates simultaneous engagement of the plurality of engaging devices (S40). When running on the first rotator and the second rotator as the power source (S20-Y), the valve permits simultaneous engagement of the plurality of engaging devices (S30).</p>
