The present invention relates to a method for screening antibacterial agent to control microorganisms which causes bad smell in an air conditioning device and a method for removing bad smell in the air conditioning device wherein the microorganisms causing bad smell can be used for manufacturing air fresher to block bad smell or developing a novel antibacterial agent by describing chemical properties of metabolic products from the microorganisms. In addition, microorganisms causing bad smell cannot live in a created environment of the air conditioning, thereby being used for finding out fundamental cause of releasing bad smell so the microorganisms can be widely used in various industrial uses.
