A method for acquiring elasticity data of an interested region comprises the steps of: acquiring initial elasticity data of an object using a shear wave which is guided to the object; setting an interested region in the object based on the first elasticity data; acquiring a second elasticity data of the interested region using the shear wave which is guided to the interested region; and acquiring a third elasticity data of the interested region using the first elasticity data and the second elasticity data.
