A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display part and a case part combined with the back of the display part. The case part includes: a front case provided in the rear of the display part; a rear case which is combined with the back of the front case and includes a plurality of card mounting parts; and a battery cover combined with the back of the rear case. The card mounting part includes an opening part which is opened in a first direction which is the lateral direction of the mobile terminal, and is arranged in parallel to a second direction (y axis direction) intersecting with the first direction. The opening part of the card mounting part is shielded by the battery cover.
