<p>According to the present invention, a corrosion-resistive coating material comprises a base material; and a coating layer formed to prevent the corrosion of the base material. The coating layer is coated as power particles make a collision with each other. In regard to the coated power particles, when thickness (T) is designated as a vertical direction of the base material and width (W) is designated as a horizontal direction of the material, the average aspect ratio (T/W) of the particles is within a range of a - b. According to the present invention, a corrosion-resistive coating material and a manufacturing method thereof are efficiently applied to components, having a corrosion problem, by manufacturing a coated material, having excellent corrosion-resistance, with a simple method by using a low temperature spray method using a compaction effect.</p> |
