PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness in which anticorrosion property is secured, length of a ground terminal part can be shortened, layout property is high and workability is excellent, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A wire harness has such a configuration that a portion near an end connection 12 on which an aluminum conducting wire 11 of an aluminum wire 10 is exposed is held by a fastening part 22 of a connection terminal 20, the end connection 12 is welded to a terminal body 21 with an ultrasonic wave, and a heat-shrinkable tube 30 covers a range from a portion of the terminal body 21 excluding the end connection to the fastening part 22 to cover the terminal body 21 in a close contact state with heat shrinkage. The end connection 12 on which the aluminum conducting wire 11 is exposed has an end face being an inclined end face 12a which is inclined at a required angle with respect to the terminal body, and a cross section vertical in a longitudinal direction of a base end side portion 12b excluding the inclined end face 12a is rectangular. The heat-shrinkable tube is brought into close contact with the inclined end face of the aluminum conducting wire and covers the terminal body in the close contact state so far as a gap is not generated at the tip of a weld surface with the terminal body where the exposure length becomes the maximum. |
