PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to perform smooth voice communication while avoiding leak of secret information in guidance between a user and a supporter.SOLUTION: A MFP(image formation device) acquires a first operation screen which is a target screen for operation guidance by the MFP; and transmits a second operation screen created on the basis of the first operation screen, as an operation guidance screen on the first operation screen in a supporter terminal (external device), to the supporter terminal. The second operation screen is a screen for displaying a region after concealment 221 in which concealment target information (such as "patent 1") included in a region before concealment 211 in the first operation screen is concealed, instead of the region before concealment 211. The second operation screen is displayed on the supporter terminal 50. On the other hand, a third operation screen 311 including the region after concealment 221 is displayed on the MFP, as the MFP's operation guidance screen on the first operation screen.
