PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet device that covers the plug insertion opening and ground connection part of an outlet body by use of a cover body, and that exposes the plug insertion opening and ground connection part by rotating the cover body from its closed position to its open position. ! SOLUTION: An outlet body comprises: a main body having an installation face mounting body that exposes the plug insertion opening of the outlet body from an opening, supports the outlet body so as to allow a plug to be inserted or pulled out from oblique below, and has an extension part extending downward, and a ground connection part provided on the extension part and allowing a ground line to be connected from front; and a cover body freely pivotally rotatably supported in a position lower than the ground connection part and covering the plug insertion opening and ground connection part.
