摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle device for allowing efficient operation even at a low outside air temperature. ! SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device 1 includes a compressor 2, a condenser 4, an expansion valve 5, and an evaporator 6a connected via a refrigerant pipe 8 in sequence. It further includes a bypass valve 12 for increasing the maximum flow amount of refrigerant to flow into the expansion valve 5 when opened to the maximum at a low outside air temperature. Liquid refrigerant radiated and condensed by the condenser 4 therefore flows via each of the bypass valve 12 and the expansion valve 5 being opened, and so the flow amount of the refrigerant to flow into the evaporator 6a of a water heat exchanger 6 is greater than the maximum flow amount of the refrigerant to flow into the expansion valve 5 when opened to the maximum. Thus, a suction side superheating degree SH of the compressor 2 can be adjusted within a predetermined range, and even at the low outside air temperature
