SOLUTION: In a capacitor, an inside of a first header tank 3 and an inside of a second header tank 4 which are located at the same side are communicated via a communication part 18 composed of a communication member 22 having through holes 19, 21 and a flow path 23. A brazed part where the communication member 22 is brazed on an outer peripheral surface of a peripheral wall composed of a cylindrical surface of the second header tank 4 is provided with a brazed surface 24 which does not depend on a shape of a part excluding the brazed part on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of second header tank 4 and is in a shape different from the shape.
