PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation refrigeration unit capable of achieving noise reduction by enhancing an enclosing function of a power source chamber, and, at the same time, capable of cooling chambers independently by blowers and air-cooling each power source to continue operation even if abnormality occurs in the blower of the power source chamber. ! SOLUTION: In a transportation refrigeration unit 1 including a unit main body 2 an interior of which is partitioned into a power source chamber 4 and a heat exchanger chamber 5, outdoor air can flow in the power source chamber 4 and the heat exchanger chamber 5 independently via blowers 8 and 13, respectively, and a communication port 17 is provided in a partition wall 3 partitioning the interior of the unit main body 2 into the two chambers 4 and 5.
