PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition suitable for forming a transparent conductive film that has a good appearance and excellent transparency. ! SOLUTION: The conductive resin composition comprises (A) a conductive polymer, (B) a conductivity improving agent, (C) a binder, and (D) a thickener, and shows a viscosity of 50 to 8000 dPa s at 25°C. The conductive polymer (A) is a composite of poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) and a polystyrene sulfonic acid; the binder (C) is at least one compound selected from a polyester resin, polyurethane, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, alkoxysilane oligomer, and polyolefin resin; and the thickener (D) is at least one compound selected from a polyacrylic acid resin, cellulose ether resin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxyvinyl polymer, and polyvinylalcohol.
