PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroformed blade capable of enhancing the mechanical strength (rigidity) of a blade body when the blade body is made into a thin blade, ensuring the accuracy of a straight-advancing performance during cutting, ensuring the sharpness of a cutting edge stably while facilitating a self-sharpening action appropriately, and thereby enabling highly accurate cutting. ! SOLUTION: An electroformed blade comprises a circular plate-like blade body 1 and a cutting edge 1A formed at the outer peripheral edge part of the blade body 1. The blade body 1 has a metal plating phase 2 made of Ni-B, abrasive grains 3 which are dispersed on the metal plating phase 2 and harder than the metal plating phase 2, and fillers 5 which are dispersed on the metal plating phase 2 and made of a fluororesin.
