PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a robot, a control method and a robot system capable of creating teaching data capable of avoiding a collision to perform gripping work even in the case where a collision occurs if the gripping part of a robot is moved at the shortest distance to a gripping position. ! SOLUTION: A control device 100 comprises: display processing part 130 for displaying an input receiving screen to input the distance information from a passage point, which is passed when a gripping part 310 of a robot 300 is moved to the gripping position thereof, to the gripping position; input information acquiring part 150 for accepting the distance information inputted; and a processing part 110 for generating the teaching data of the robot by using the distance information accepted. !
