摘要 This air conditioner comprises: a refrigerant circulation circuit (A) constituted by connecting via a pipe, a compressor (10) for compressing a heat source side refrigerant, a first refrigerant flow path switching device (11) for switching a circulation path of the heat source side refrigerant, a heat source side heat exchanger (12) for performing heat exchange of the heat source side refrigerant, a throttling device (26) for regulating the pressure of the heat source side refrigerant, and a plurality of inter-heat-media heat exchangers (25) for exchanging heat between the heat source side refrigerant and a heat medium that is different from the heat source side refrigerant; a heat medium circulation circuit (B) constituted by connecting via a pipe, a plurality of pumps (31) for pressurizing and circulating the heat media involved in the heat exchanges taking place at the plurality of inter-heat-media heat exchangers (25), a plurality of utilization side heat exchangers (35) for exchanging heat between the heat medium and air in a space to be air-conditioned, and a heat medium flow path switching and flow volume adjustment device (40) for switching, among the heat media involved in the heat exchange taking place at the plurality of inter-heat-media heat exchangers (25), which heat medium is to be flowed into/out of the utilization side heat exchangers (35); and a controller (50) for controlling the switching of the heat medium flow path switching and flow volume adjustment device (40) on the basis of the capacity of each utilization side heat exchanger (35).
