A variable valve timing device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the variable valve timing device further comprises: a lost motion rocker arm which is mounted to a rocker shaft at a side of an exhaust rocker arm to be selectively combined to the exhaust rocker arm in accordance with whether oil is supplied and is operated by a timing cam mounted to the camshaft; and an oil supply unit which is installed to the rocker shaft to selectively supply oil to the lost motion rocker arm unit, in the variable valve timing device which is configured such that an intake valve and an exhaust valve are arranged corresponding to a combustion chamber of an engine, an intake rocker arm and an exhaust rocker arm and the exhaust arm disposed in the rocker shaft which is mounted to a cylinder head corresponding to the intake valve and the exhaust valve are respectively operated by an intake cam and an exhaust cam to operate each valve connected through a valve bridge. |
