A rotor molding apparatus (10) of the present invention comprises a mold assembly (100) having a core (C) of a rotor (R), and having molten metal poured; a vent means (200) controlling by a lever method and venting air inside a mold cavity of the mold assembly (100) before pouring molten metal to the inside of the mold assembly (100); and a pressure part assembly (300) pressing the molten metal filling the mold assembly (100). In the present invention, an advantage of improving molding quality of the rotor is obtained by controlling and venting air inside the mold cavity by a lever method before pouring the molten metal for molding the rotor.
