The present invention relates to a device and a method to generate a sine wave and a piezo actuator operating system using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lookup table storage part storing a lookup table including a plurality of sampling points about a reference frequency and a sampling frequency; a sine wave generating part calculating a constant ratio between a target frequency and the reference frequency, and generating the sine wave by extracting a predetermined sampling point from the lookup table based on the constant ratio; a power boosting part providing a boosted voltage to the sine wave generating part; and a correction control part controlling the correction of the sampling point if a level of the boosted voltage does not satisfy a preset condition after sensing the boosted voltage of the power boosting part.
