The present invention relates to a system and a method to calculate an electronic payment card used in a parking lot. The system includes a parking fee collecting device (10) reading electronic payment card identification data by accessing a high pass terminal through RF frequency when payment for a parking fee is made through the electronic payment card while allowing a vehicle with the high pass terminal to go out by switching a circuit breaker into an On state, and transmitting the read electronic payment card identification data with a collecting device ID to a calculating server (20); the calculating server (20) transmitting the electronic payment card identification data and parking fee history data to a corresponding card company server (30) by indexing a card company corresponding to the electronic payment card identification data, and transmitting payment completion information, received from the card company server (30), to a user terminal; and the card company server (30) authenticating whether the electronic payment card identification data is matched with pre-stored member information, and transmitting the payment completion information, generated from the payment for the parking fee included in the parking fee history data, to the calculating server (20). According to the present invention, the parking fee collecting device recognizing the electronic payment card of the high pass terminal transmits the charged parking fee to the calculating server and the calculating server receives a result of calculating the parking fee by transmitting the parking fee to servers by prepaid/non-prepaid card companies, and therefore, parking fees are automatically collected by using the pre-installed infrastructure.
