The present invention relates to a high performance concrete manufacturing apparatus using a process of mixing air bubble and mixtures to concrete and removing air and a manufacturing method thereof wherein a high performance is manufactured by the following steps of mixing air bubbles with concrete and accordingly increasing slump of the concrete; injecting mixtures into the concrete with increased slump and forming a mixed concrete; and removing high-pressurized air included in the mixed concrete, when discharging the mixed concrete to a shooting guiding member, while shotting the high performance concrete with decreased slump whose amount is similar to usual concrete.
