Disclosed is a variable intake valve module assembled to a housing shell part of an intake manifold. The variable intake valve module comprises: a shaft; a plurality of bearings injection-molded on the shaft; a plurality of flaps injection-molded on the shaft while avoiding the plurality of bearings; and a plurality of cages assembled to the housing shell part with the plurality of bearings and flaps in a state of being assembled to the plurality of bearings. The present invention can finally be assembled to the housing shell part in a completely assembled module state, can conveniently manufacture and assemble the parts, and can easily align the axes.
