The present invention relates to an apparatus for switching constraint of a glass using a double trajectory comprising: a mechanism rail installed in a sunroof frame; a rear sled connected with a cable to transmit power of a motor to be slid along the mechanism rail; a rear winding guide fixed to the mechanism rail; a carriage to which a glass is fixed, and moved depending on the opening and closing direction of the glass; a rear lever rotated by a double trajectory of the rear sled to regulate a condition of the carriage; and a tilt lever whose upper end is fixed to the glass and the lower end is constrained by a rear rail, and to constrain the glass when the rear lever and the carriage are combined or released. The present invention has effects of preventing a glass from being separated by an external force before/after a glass tilt-up condition, and minimizing a gap between a supporting part in the rear of the carriage and the end of the glass by adjusting the rotation of the rear lever by applying the double trajectory to the rear sled.
