<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial message sound distribution system which increases an advertisement effect by distributing advertisement data to receiving side mobile terminals. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving classification identification information of a CM sound to be distributed to a called side mobile terminal 2 from the called side mobile terminal 2, a CM sound distribution server 1 links it to the called side mobile terminal ID of the called side mobile terminal 2, and registers it. Based on detection of a calling signal from a calling side mobile terminal 4 to the called side mobile terminal 2, the CM sound distribution server 1 also obtains a classification identification number that is linked to the ID of the called side mobile terminal 2 and registered, and selects one CM sound from one or more CM sounds which belong to the classification indicated by the classification identification number. Then, the CM sound distribution server 1 adds the number of the selected CM sound to the calling signal transmitted from the calling side mobile terminal 4, and transmits it to the called side mobile terminal 2.
