The present invention relates to a laminated ceramic capacitor. The capacitor includes a ceramic body laminated with a plurality of dielectric layers; an active layer in which first and second internal electrodes, having first and second lead parts separated from each other on a dielectric layer in the ceramic body but exposed to a first side of the ceramic body, and third and fourth internal electrodes, having third and fourth lead parts separated from each other on another dielectric layer but exposed to a second side of the ceramic body, are placed alternately; upper and lower cover layers formed on upper and lower parts of the active layer; first and second external electrodes separated from each other on the first side of the ceramic body and electrically connected to the first and second lead parts respectively; and third and fourth external electrodes separated from each other on the second side of the ceramic body and electrically connected to the third and fourth lead parts respectively. When defining the thickness of the body as T; the thickness of the lower cover layer as a; the width of the first to fourth electrodes as b; the length of the ceramic body as L; a distance between outer front ends of the first and second external electrodes as c; and a distance between inner front ends of the first and second external electrodes as d, the capacitor satisfies ranges of 0.75×W<=T<=1.25×W, 0.081<=b/(a×(W-b))<=2.267, and 0.267<=c/L<=0.940.
