<p>A purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an air textured yarn wherein a synthetic multi-filament (yarn) such as a nylon and a polyester is fed through a narrow nozzle of a jet core, the synthetic multi-filament is fed to the nozzle at different overfeed rates, a discharging rate is made to be slower than a feeding rate, an air texturing is performed in a state of being loosened and slackened, then, a part of a filament being loosened due to a different rate is drawn and protruding, accordingly, a plurality of loops are generated, a loop stability becomes excellent, loops become uniform, accordingly, due to the loops, an air textured yarn is produced wherein deniers become thick, the air textured yarn has a natural feel and a bloated outer appearance and has a feel like a cotton spun yarn due to such loops. To attain the above-described purpose, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, overfeed rates are adjusted differently with 5 to 20% of a high speed and 1 to 15% of a low speed as a synthetic multi-filaments (yarn) such as a nylon and a polyester is air textured, an air pressure of the jet core is sprayed at 2 to 15 kgf /cm^2, and a heat treatment is conducted continually after the air texturing.</p> |
