<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition for rolling bearings for automotive electric equipment and auxiliary machinery, which can secure a long bearing lubricating life even under a high-temperature environment and excellent resistance to surface-originated exfoliation. <P>SOLUTION: The grease composition for roll bearings for automotive electric equipment and auxiliary machinery includes a diurea thickener represented by formula or an analog thereof; a base oil including 80 mass% or more, based on the total mass of the base oil, of alkyl diphenyl ether oil; and at least one exfoliation resistant additive selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, sodium nitrite, sodium molybdate, sodium benzoate, sodium sebacate, and potassium carbonate.
