<p>The present invention provides a coated film that can exhibit an excellent transparency and a good slipping property as well as a good visibility after forming various surface functional layers such as a hard coat layer thereon. The present invention relates to a coated film comprising a polyester film; a first coating layer formed by applying a coating solution comprising particles onto at least one surface of an unstretched polyester film and then stretching the unstretched polyester film in at least one direction thereof; and a second coating layer formed by applying a coating solution onto the first coating layer and/or onto a surface of the polyester film opposed to the surface on which the first coating layer is formed, the second coating layer having an absolute reflectance having one minimum value in a wavelength range of 400 to 800 nm in which the absolute reflectance at the minimum value is not less than 4.0%.</p>
