The present invention provides an apparatus for supporting a generation unit in an aerogenerator. According to the present invention, an apparatus for supporting a generation unit in an aerogenerator comprises: at least two first electromagnet supporting members which are connected to a generation unit for an aerogenerator; at least two second electromagnet supporting members which have groove accommodating ends of the first electromagnet supporting members, and are mounted in fixable position corresponding to a direction facing the first electromagnet supporting members; at least two magnet coils which generate polarities from an electromagnetic force of the second electromagnet supporting members reacting against the first electromagnet supporting members; and a power supply unit which supplies power to the magnet coils.
