The present invention relates to a closed rotating device, capable of converting various types of natural energy and waste artificial energy into mechanical energy or electric energy through the formation of a cylinder linked with a piston. More specifically, the present invention relates to an energy converting device, including a plurality of compartments but at least one piston-cylinder type compartment, and including a path for a working fluid and a rotating body such as a hydraulic motor or turbine but wholly forming one closed structure to be isolated from the outside, and a formation for promoting the operation of the device. A piston-cylinder part includes a rotating part rotating by the movement of the working fluid; a case part surrounding the rotating part; a plurality of paths having an end connected to the case part to allow the working fluid to pass through the paths; and a plurality of compartments formed at the other end of the paths but at least one among the compartments comprises a piston comprising a piston head and a piston road and a cylinder linked with the piston. The case part, the compartments, and the paths form one closed space, filled with the working fluid, and the working fluid coming from one of the compartments goes into another one of the compartments after rotating the rotating part. |
