<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage by collecting each blueberries and aronia and crushing and mixing the blueberries and aronia, and a beverage prepared thereby. The method for preparing a beverage, in order to achieve the purpose as described above, comprises: a step (S10) of collecting and washing blueberries and aronia in running water for 30 seconds to 5 minutes over 1 to 5 times and crushing the blueberries and aronia for each into 20 to 100 mesh; a step (S20) of injecting the crushed blueberries and aronia into a compressor and manufacturing an extraction liquid by compressing the crushed blueberries and aronia in a sealed state for each at a pressure of 15 to 25 MPa; a step (S30) of forming a mixed liquid by uniformly blending 10 to 50 wt% of a produced blueberry extraction liquid and 50 to 90 wt% of a produced aronia extraction liquid; a step (S40) of vacuum-packing a produced mixed liquid by 50 to 120 ml; and a step (S50) of sterilizing the mixed liquid by heating the mixed liquid in a vacuum-packed state in boiling water at a temperature of 80 to 110°C for a period of 5 to 10 minutes. By preparing a beverage made of blueberries and aronia in accordance with the present invention, the nutrients contained in blueberries and aronia can be taken in at the same time.</p> |
