<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degradation of visibility due to an icon. <P>SOLUTION: A device (for example, a smart phone) 1 comprises: a touch screen display 2 on which an icon is displayed; and a controller 10. The controller 10 changes transparency of the icon without changing a position of the icon displayed on the touch screen display 2.
