<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant microorganism improved in the productivity of a protein or polypeptide, to provide a method for producing the recombinant microorganism, to provide a method for producing the objective protein or polypeptide with the recombinant microorganism, and to provide a method for improving the productivity of the objective protein or polypeptide. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the recombinant microorganism prepared by transferring a gene encoding the objective protein or polypeptide to a microorganism whose gene is built so that the expression of one or more genes selected from the group consisting of the tuaA gene, tuaB gene, tuaC gene, tuaD gene, tuaE gene, tuaF gene, tuaG gene and tuaH gene, and genes corresponding to the genes which are the teichuronic acid-synthetase-related genes of Bacillus subtilis, is controlled; the method for producing the recombinant microorganism; the method for producing the objective protein or polypeptide with the recombinant microorganism; and the method for improving the productivity of the objective protein or polypeptide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
