<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure which prevents or suppresses water repellent contamination of a lower portion of a longitudinal joint by a sealant. <P>SOLUTION: A water dripping member 38 is mounted to the bottom of a side face of a jamb 24B of a window frame 24 to be hanged down from the bottom face of a sill 24A of the window frame 24. With the window frame 24 fitted to an opening 18A of an external wall panel 18, a bottom wall 46 of the water dripping member 38 is disposed (inserted) in a lower corner 48 of the opening 18A of the external wall panel 18, and a tip side of the water dripping member 38 is set to project from a surface of the external wall panel 18. In this state, a sealant is filled in a joint 32 provided between the window frame 24 and the external wall panel 18 to seal the joint 32. Since the tip side of the water dripping member 38 projects from the surface of the external wall panel 18, the rain water flowing along a surface of the sealant in a longitudinal joint 34 does not flow downward of the longitudinal joint 34.
