<p>This is for a controller that controls the amount that waste-gate valve, or blow-off valve 24 opens by depending on the load that has been put on the engine. The internal combustion engine comprises a turbocharger 28, with at least one detector 9, 10, 14 and 18 that can detect the load that has been put on the engine and send that information to the control device 3. If the load on the engine is high then waste-gate will be closed and if the load is low then it will be opened. The aim is to allow the driver to have good performance, but also maintain good fuel consumption. By controlling the amount that the waste-gate or blow-off valve is opened by the driver can have good performance when he needs it, but also maintain good fuel economy when he does not.</p> |
