Provided is a game control device in which a game mode-setting unit sets a limited-time mode. An item granting unit grants a restricted-use player card to a user for use in a state in which use by the user is prohibited during the limited-time mode set by the game mode-setting unit. An item use permission unit allows use by a user having a use-restricted player card during a second limited-time mode, the service provision period of said second limited-time mode occurring after that of a first limited-time mode that is a game mode in which a use-restricted player card was granted to the user by the item granting unit. |
