<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new color composition for a black matrix high in insulation, low in dielectric constant, and high in optical density. <P>SOLUTION: The color composition for the black matrix is pseudo-blackened by combining two or more organic pigments selected from the organic pigments of five colors, namely blue, purple, yellow, red, and orange.
