<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molding capable of preventing generation of rubbing noises and squeaking noises.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite molding manufactured by agglutinating a fiber layer 2 onto a surface of a foamed molding 1, wherein the foamed molding 1 obtained by heating and foaming expandable resin particles in a mold is used as a screen, the foam molding 1 having numerous foam cells mutually fused via contact surfaces and having gas permeability due to formation of communicating holes between foam cells, and a solution in which fibers are dispersed is strained through this screen from upper to lower surfaces. The fiber layer 2 is disposed agglutinated on the frontal surface or on frontal and rear surfaces of the foamed molding 1, with some entering into a space between a surface layer part and the surface of the foamed molding 1, the foamed molding 1 being obtained by heating and foaming expandable resin particles in a mold, having numerous foam cells 11 mutually fused via contact surfaces and having gas permeability due to formation of communicating holes between foam cells.</p> |
