<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag supplying and automatic packaging machine which adopts a new mechanism for transferring a bag from a filling position to a sealing position, enables gas filled packaging, and achieves size reduction and space saving. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic packaging machine includes a bag supplying means 10 for supplying a bag to the filling position, a transferring means 30 in which a grip for supporting a bag (h) in a hanging state is freely movably provided between the filling position (a) and the sealing position (b), a filling means 65 for filling a predetermined amount of articles to be packaged into the bag, a sealing means for heat-sealing an opening of the bag filled with the articles to be filled, and a discharging conveyer 90 for discharging a product filled in the bag to the outside of the machine. In the automatic packaging machine, an upper quadrangular locus movement mechanism 31 for performing the quadrangular locus movement of a first grip (g) on a horizontal plane and a lower quadrangular locus movement mechanism 50 for performing the quadrangular locus movement of a second grip (g') on a horizontal plane are arranged closely in the transferring means 30, and control is performed so that a series of operations by the upper and lower quadrangular locus movement mechanisms are synchronized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
