<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery case that ensures sufficient electromagnetic wave shieldability, whose weight can be reduced, and that has excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A battery case includes a pair of case bodies coupled to each other with a hinge so as to be opened and closed. The case bodies accommodate a battery. The pair of case bodies has side walls formed by multi-layer blow molding into a structure having at least three layers including an outer resin layer formed with a resin material at the outer surface side of each case body and a conductive material layer formed with a material obtained by kneading a resin with a conductive material at the inner side of the outer resin layer. The side walls have a double-wall structure having: an outer wall and an inner wall each formed into the three-layer structure having the outer resin layer, the conductive material layer and an inner resin layer; and a hollow layer formed between the inner resin layers of the outer wall and the inner wall, having heat insulation effect, and capable of adjusting temperature in the case bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
