<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable ink for stencil printing, which is suitable for stencil printing of a rotary printing type, and can raise glossiness of a printing part; and to provide a stencil printing method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable ink for stencil printing is composed as a non-aqueous base. The viscosityη(Pa s) at 20°C of the ink is in the range of 1.5-20,000 on condition that the shear rateγ(1-/s) is 0.01, and is in the range of 0.5-20 on condition that the shear rateγ(1-/s) is 100. Moreover, the viscosityη(Pa s) at 55°C of the ink is in the range of 0.5-1,500 on condition that the shear rateγ(1-/s) is 0.01, and is in the range of 0.2-8 on condition that the shear rateγ(1-/s) is 100. The stencil printing method is characterized as follows. After heating the surface where the ultraviolet-curable ink for stencil printing in a matter to be printed has been transferred in the range of 50°C-75°C, ultraviolet is emitted onto the transferred surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
