<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjustment device capable of maintaining an adjustment range for an optical axis and surely adjusting the optical axis while preventing the whole size of the device from becoming large. <P>SOLUTION: An adapter 1c connects to each of a pair of connection objects each of which has an optical system, and adjusts the optical axis between the pair of connection objects. The adapter 1c comprises: a first connection part 2 that has a shape of a hollow cylinder and connects to one connection object at one end in the height direction; a second connection part 3 that is provided with a hollow part capable of holding the first connection part 2, and that connects to the other connection part at the other end different from the end at which the first connection part 2 is held; a plate spring 4 that has a shape of a substantial rectangle, has a held part that is held by the second connection part 3 in a state of having no load applied, presses the first connection part 2 abutting with the first connection part 2, and abuts with the second connection part 3 at a position different from the held part at the pressing time; and an adjustment screw 5a that supports the first connection part 2 between the plate spring 4 and itself, and that adjusts the position of the first connection part 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
