The prevent invention relates to a light emitting diode device. It includes a package body; a light emitting diode chip which is mounted on the internal electrode of the package body; an electrode lead for electrically connecting the light emitting diode chip and an electrode; and a lens which is formed on the package body and has a light scattering sheet attached to the back. The light scattering sheet includes an adhesive layer and a light scattering pattern layer of a recess structure formed on the adhesive layer.
