The present invention provides a liquid crystal display apparatus comprising: a lower substrate including a first substrate in which pixel areas consisting of display areas and non-display areas are defined; an upper substrate including a second substrate separated to face the first substrate, and a light interruption layer formed on the second substrate and where at least one slit located on the non-display area is formed; a polymer partition formed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; and a liquid crystal located between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. Also, the present invention provides a manufacturing method thereof. |
