The present invention relates to a packaging method for a polymer battery having an irregular form and a pouch used for the same, capable of minimizing the number of sealing processes while minimizing the volume of a battery expanded by sealing in packing a polymer battery having an irregular form. The present invention relates a method of packaging a battery having an irregular form. It includes a first step of mounting an electrode assembly on a pouch and allowing the end part of an electrode terminal extended from the electrode assembly to be exposed to the outside; a second step of folding the pouch double based on a folding line as one of surfaces where the electrode terminal is not formed on the circumference of the electrode assembly, and a third step of sealing the rest which includes the electrode terminal except a surface for injecting an electrolyte.
