In the present invention, provided are a nanofiber which is modified by PEG-biotin and PEG wherein the PEG-biotin and PEG are covalent bound to a functional group on the surface of electrospinning nanofibers of biodegradable polymers and are in 0 to 1 of mole ratio, avidin-bonding nanofibers made by bonding biotin of the modified nanofiber to the avidin, a manufacturing method of the nanofiber, a nanofiber supporting body which is attached to cells and includes the avidin-bonding nanofiber and a cell attachment method for bonding biotinylation cells to the nanofiber supporting body.
